Free creative prompts

Print out the prompts and place them on your refrigerator or somewhere that your children can see. Your child will have a different prompt every day of the week. You can have your child keep a notebook just for this project, or you can put everything in a voice or notebook. Name each page with the tag and prompt. Then let your child write freely. No need to correct grammar or spelling. The purpose if your child is to write stress-free and hopefully have fun writing.

  • When your child finishes, have them present their writing to practice speaking in college.
